What if I need something custom for my paper?
Sure! Jason will be happy to help you! Whether you are already a subscriber, or you just want a one-time custom piece, Jason will be happy to help you! Just go to the order page and select “custom comic”.

What if I want to use Jason’s work in advertisements or merchandise?
Just let him know, and he will negotiate them separately with you.

What if I want to purchase the work, but I am not a newspaper?
Some of Jason’s work may soon be available in book form, but at this time, we do not sell editorials to the public. Please contact your local paper and ask them to subscribe to Jason’s services. If you want to check out more of Jason’s work, got to www.comicswithavengeance.com.

What if I don’t like the comic I receive one week, but wish to continue my subscription?
Jason is fully committed to your satisfaction. If you do not wish to publish either the Texas or the national cartoon for a particular week, you can browse the gallery for previously publish work and request permission to use a specific piece, order a custom comic at an additional cost, use a previously received Texas or national comic that you have not yet printed within the past three weeks (or older with permission) or choose not to publish a piece that week and continue your subscription.

Am I purchasing the copyright to the artwork?
No. Jason retains all rights. You are purchasing the right to publish each piece once in print and once on-line.

I print in Texas. Can I print both the national and the Texas comic I receive each week, or do IO have to chose one?
Absolutely! You may print either comic or both for the subscription price.

Do I have to print the comics right away?
Because most news is time-sensitive, you are given three weeks to publish the pieces, unless you have written permission. Jason is committed to maintaining the high quality and relevancy of his work, and prompt printing is an essential part of that.

I am looking for a piece on a specific topic. Can you help?
Sure! Just write and ask Jason about what you want. You can either order a custom comic to fit your needs, or Jason may be able to point you to an archived item. Suggestions for future comics are always welcome, but no guarantees will be made as to content without a custom purchase.
